According to the Administration Committee of Dongqian Lake Holiday Resort, the first China Lake Recreation Festival is to open from October 31 to November 3 at Dongqian Lake.

　　The theme of the festival is "recreation at lakes and happiness". The festival will include such activities as the opening ceremony, China Forum of Lake Recreation, and other four recreational programs.
